Sr Ellen Flynn DC: Sister Ellen is a Daughter of Charity of St. Vincent De Paul and Provincial of their community in Britain. For ten years she led The Passage where she developed a very strong belief that handouts are not the answer for homeless people. She believed that the root causes of each person’s homelessness must be found and their stories heard so that The Passage, where she is Chairperson, can assist homeless people to emerge from their poverty and rebuild independent lives.
Mr. Mark McGreevy: Mark is Group Chief Executive of Depaul International. Depaul International is the parent company of a group of charities working to support homeless and marginalised people around the world. Each year they work with over 14,000 people in Ireland, the UK, France, Slovakia, Ukraine & USA.
Fr Beresford Skelton CMP: Beresford was born in Yorkshire and learnt the faith at St Margaret’s Ilkley. He studied Theology at St Chad’s College, Durham and Chichester Theological College and was ordained Deacon in 1976 and Priest in 1977. He joined the Company of Mission Priests in 1976. He has served in parishes in Newcastle, Cresswell, Ellington & Lynemouth and is currently based in Sunderland.

Dee Mansi: Dee has been an educator for over 30 years, including experience as Headteacher, Governor and Inspector of Catholic and CofE schools. Prior to this, she worked in the Banking sector and owned a T.E.F.L company teaching English to overseas students. Dee is President of AIC UK, a Trustee of T.E.R.E , a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, an alumni of The Windsor Leadership Trust and former Vice Chair of the Fitzdale Trust. She loves to travel, and together with husband Gino and son Liam they have explored widely beyond their Irish/Italian roots. Dee is an avid reader, enjoys films, being a beekeeper and working for local and Vincentian charities at home and abroad.
